You have amazing design and writing skills with a proven track record for successfully managing and growing social media accounts across a variety of business niches. We want to hear from you.

ONLY Candidates with corporate (not personal) social media management experience will be considered. Clients choose us for our personalized approach, quick turnaround, strategic vision and the quality we produce. We have robust processes and protocols in place for training and client management, and use proven tools to streamline our workflows

What we need:

  • 2-3 years of social media marketing, designing, email management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills. (we may require you to write articles/newsletters/ads)
  • Exceptional social media advertisement platform knowledge
  • Top notch video editing skills with proven expertise

Your responsibilities:

  • Create social media posts for a variety of clients.
  • Crafting compelling content and getting it developed.
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and content calendar.
  • Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
  • Engaging with customers on different channels.
  • Analyzing running campaigns.
  • Being on top of the latest social media trends.
  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
  • Post social media posts, ads, newsletters, articles, and load YouTube videos.
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and content calendar.
  • Promote content through social advertising.
  • Digital Marketing and brand development.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preference.

Required skills

Availability
This position requires a commitment of approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a 100% WFH role.

As a freelance copywriter, you know that every project is an opportunity to create a unique
story. You collaborate with creatives and strategists to make sure that the final product is both
on-brand and communicates the client’s message effectively. You’re comfortable with
copywriting, but you also have a well-rounded knowledge of the broader industry. This allows
you to see communication challenges from multiple perspectives and come up with solutions
that are both brilliant and on-brand.

You Will

  • Write video, e-books, blogs, activations, experiential, display, headlines, etc.
  • Interact with account teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
  • Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts.
  • Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control.
  • Solve business problems in ways that no one else thinks to.

You Have

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a writer
  • Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences.
  • An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

As a designer, you’ll need to be able to work closely with the account manager to come up with beautiful and functional designs for our clients’ web applications and interactive platforms. The ideal candidate will have great communication and presentation skills, a strong sense of style, and the ability to inspire positive collaboration. You should also have a deep understanding of branding principles, style guides, and systematic design rationale, as well as Photoshop expertise and knowledge of HTML. Most importantly, you must be able to pay attention to even the smallest details.

You will:

  • Create original designs that align to project goals and overall creative direction, fluid templates and our client’s standards.
  • Collaborate with the larger project team to explore concepts and iterate on design layouts
  • Prepare for creative reviews by outputting optimized files and presentation materials.
  • Anticipate and solve for potential design challenges, as well as existing conditions..
  • Consult with technical disciplines to ensure designs work within given limitations, and files are prepared with all necessary information to support the design intent.
  • Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout,
    images, and typography are flawless.
  • Continually seek opportunities to refine design thinking and improve workflows.

You have:

  • High proficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace and to deliver quality design at a high volume in a tight timeframe.
  • Photoshop expertise, including intelligently organizing files for design iteration, setting up files for web production, and adhering to graphic design standards.
  • Reliable judgment to see when work may be “off track” and initiative to collaborate with others to find solutions.
  • Passion for nurturing relationships, mentoring, and rallying teams to align around a vision.
  • Prototyping ability to convey preferred states, motion, and/or behaviors for interactive concepts.
  • Strong understanding of web development
  • Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the Web.
  • Illustration in both electronic and traditional media.
  • Motion graphics experience for the Web and video is a plus.
