The Classic Partnership | Full-Time | Immediate Start
We are a results-driven performance marketing agency looking for a specialist who is serious about paid media and ready to hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level learning opportunity — we’re looking for someone who already knows how to manage campaigns independently, analyze performance critically, and take full ownership of client accounts from day one.
If you need hand-holding, this role is not for you. If you thrive under accountability and love the pressure of delivering measurable results, read on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting with actionable insights
- Support media planning, forecasting, and campaign strategy
- Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion tracking
- Assist with landing page recommendations and CRO improvements
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking frameworks plus GTM
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon and D2C performance marketing
Preferred Experience:
- 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads across multiple client accounts
- Strong SEM knowledge and campaign optimization experience
- Experience with programmatic advertising is mandatory
- Comfortable managing budgets ranging from small business accounts to large-scale campaigns
Who you are:
- You take ownership — when something is underperforming, you diagnose it and fix it without being asked
- You are detail-oriented and organized enough to manage multiple accounts without things slipping
- You communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and don’t need to be chased for updates
- You are a fast, self-directed problem solver who treats client accounts like your own business

Your cover letter must address the following, applications that don’t will not be reviewed:
- Walk us through a specific paid media campaign you managed independently. What was the objective, what did you optimize, and what were the results?
- What platforms and ai tools are you currently working in day-to-day?
- Why are you the right fit for this role at this stage of your career?
Generic cover letters will be disqualified. We’re looking for someone who has taken the time to think about why this role fits, not someone who mass-applies and hopes for the best.
Availability to start immediately is required.
Are you the kind of person who can:
- Spot the perfect camera angle in a chaotic setting,
- Edit videos like a cinematic wizard, and
- Charm clients with marketing magic?
- If so, we’re looking for YOU!
Here’s the role:
- You’ll juggle tripods and timelines, create scroll-stopping content, and keep our clients smiling brighter than a ring light at golden hour.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit compelling videos for social media (think reels, TikToks, and client promos).
- Creative Copywriting: Craft captions sharper than a pair of scissors in a “no running” zone.
- Account Management: Keep client projects on track with Jedi-like organizational skills.
- Design Collaboration: Work with designers to ensure video content matches branding perfection.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor video performance metrics and brainstorm improvements.
Must-have superpowers:

- Trend Spotter: You stay ahead of viral trends and know how to adapt them for brands.
